The twin waterfalls are named Dos Hermanos (two brothers). As you can see, the steam from the falls rises above the forest, which at first looks like a fire.
The weather was extremely hot and humid, and we got caught in a tropical rainstorm towards the end of our visit. It was about 95 degrees and 100% humidity.
Somehow, however, Ellen, Emily and I were able to spend 9 hours at the falls without getting bored!
Side note: on our ecological tour, we sat next to a girl from Chicago. It turns out her name is Jamila. This is the second Jamila I have ever met, and it made Iguazu even more special for me.
