When we returned from the glacier, we met our new roommates, two funny guys from Brasil. They made no effort to speak in Spanish, and I don't really know POrtuguese, but somehow we were able to communicate.

Tuesday- THE GLACIER!!!!
On Tuesday morning, Jamila and I boarded a bus to Parque Nacional de los Glaciares, about an hour from our hostel, to see the famous Perito Moreno Glacier. I had been imagining this glacier and had seen pictures for months, but seeing it was so so breathtaking, probably due to the cold air, too! It was really beautiful and we took over 250 pictures, so it will be hard to pick a few to put up! We walked around the different trails getting different views of the park, got up close to it with a boat, and like many others, waited to see chucks of ice fall. It was very impressive!
