On Monday, after saying goodbye to Elvira, I brought my bags to Jamila's house, gave Lidia a little gift, and got on a plane to El Calafate in Patagonia. We had a short layover in Bariloche and we got to see beautiful lakes and mountains out of the window. When we landed in El Calafate, the view of a bright blue lagoon greeted us, and it was so so beautiful.
We arrived at our hostel, which was really nice, and stayed with some cool girls from the University of Oregon. We cooked a very yummy soup together. Here's a link to our hostel: http://www.glaciar.com/libertador.asp
