On Thursday morning before leaving for Mendoza, Jamila and I walked about 20 minutes from our hotel to Laguna Nimez, a beautiful nature reserve with flamingos! It was so beautiful, and environmentally, I'm not sure how flamingos can hang out in Patagonia (we thought they only lived on lawns in Florida), but it was very cool!
